    Judah Romano: I wanted to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. I initially hired this CPA office to handle my 2024 tax return and was hopeful for a smooth process. One of the main reasons I sought out professional help this year was because I was getting tired of preparing my own taxes—it’s time-consuming, and I was hoping to save time and gain peace of mind by having it handled professionally. While this office seems to handle straightforward W-2 income well, I ran into several issues when it came to more complex areas like rental property, stock sales, and crypto reporting. Throughout the process, I discovered multiple errors, including: - Misreporting my crypto cost basis and incorrectly reflecting a gain instead of a loss. - Entering my primary residence address as my rental property on Schedule E. - Misallocating expenses such as repairs, legal fees, and supplies to the wrong lines—or omitting them entirely. - Not including local property taxes as deductible expenses. - Using an unexplained depreciation amount that didn’t match the correct calculation based on cost basis and land value. - Entering incorrect figures on Schedule D that didn’t match the Form 8949 I provided. - Mislabeling stock transactions on the 8949 forms. Most concerning of all: had I not caught these errors myself, the return would have resulted in over $1,000 of additional tax liability—a very costly mistake. To their credit, they did make a revision to the return, and I did pay them for their time and efforts. However, even after the revision I found new issues or missed corrections we had already discussed. Ultimately, we went our separate ways, and I chose to complete the return myself to ensure everything was accurate. I’ll be looking for a new CPA for the 2025 tax year. If you’re considering this office: They may be a fine fit if your return is very simple (W-2 income only), but if you have any business income, investments, rental properties, or crypto activity, I strongly recommend auditing everything thoroughly before allowing them to file. For me, hiring them unfortunately took more time, cost me more money, created more work, and nearly resulted in a costly filing errors.

    Amanda Henson: Talk about amazing experience for a teen!!! I didnt get her name but the lady we had (she had blue hair) was extremely nice, calm, patient, and gets all credit for an easy experience! Nobody wants a nervous teen on the road and she is literally the reason he was so calm! After my son talked to her i could see his shoulders relax! I appreciate her! Also the other lady was very patient with helping as well! Test was taking 07/17/25 round lunch

    sabrina johnson: My husband and I applied for a business loan which was approved; however, there was never any sense of urgency to complete our paperwork. We made several trips to the bank in attempt to get our approved loan processed but nothing was done. We were given many excuses as to why our paperwork wasn’t processed. The staff gave off a very unpleasant vibe during our visit which didn’t sit well with my husband and I. After 4 days of calling, leaving messages, and going to the bank we finally received a call from the president of the bank but unfortunately we decided not to move forward with the loan from Heritage Bank. Our money will stay where we receive top notch customer service.

    Kevin Williams: If I could give zero stars to the Fayetteville branch of Navy Federal, I would. This past Saturday, I walked in to make a routine deposit into my business account, which holds over $100,000 and sees large deposits several times a week to support my active businesses. I’ve been a loyal Navy Federal member for several years, with a consistent deposit history, the same clients, and predictable amounts. Despite this, the teller refused to complete my deposit—with no valid reason or explanation. When I asked for the branch manager, I was met with Chelsea, who was not only unprofessional and dismissive, but blatantly disrespectful. When I expressed my frustration and asked to withdraw all of my funds, Chelsea’s response was to turn her back, and instruct another employee to call the police—as if I were some kind of threat or criminal for simply advocating for myself as a long-standing member. Her reaction was not only insulting, but also completely out of line. Let me be clear: I understand banks need to be cautious with fraud. But what I experienced was not caution—it was disrespect, poor customer service, and an utter lack of professionalism. If Chelsea is what Navy Federal considers leadership, then there is a serious problem. By contrast, when I visited the LaVista Rd branch on Monday, the experience was night and day. I was greeted by name the moment I walked in. Tye, Tiffany, Eric, and the rest of the team were genuinely apologetic about what happened and made it clear this should never have occurred. Tye took less than two minutes to review my account and confirm that everything was in order. He even walked me through the policy to ensure my understanding—and reassured me that my deposits were completely within normal and acceptable parameters. The Tucker/LaVista Rd team is the ONLY reason I havent pulled every dollar from Navy Federal and closed my accounts. But let me be very clear: I will never return to the Fayetteville branch. The disrespect, hostility, and unprofessionalism—specifically from Chelsea—was appalling, and no loyal member deserves to be treated like that. I strongly urge Navy Federal to reassess the leadership and customer service standards at this location.
