Truist - Rome Fallon H: Refused to take my state-issued gun permit (just grabbed the wrong ID by accident), which is a government issued form of identification, for a company withdrawal - even with a debit card to the same account, in my name, in my hand. Instead, (because I cant run due to back issues) the teller made my 11 year old son run through a THUNDERSTORM to get my drivers license instead. Sorry, but thats beyond petty into flat mean. Done with Truist - this was the last straw.
