    Ed Davis: Recently left Wells Fargo and was looking for a bank that would actually talk to be about financial goals and services instead of playing on their phones and acting like I was annoying them with my patronage. The ladies are all very nice and courteous and actually acted like they valued my business. I worked with one young lady, I think her name is Nicole who was super helpful and put me at ease as soon as I talked with her.

    Toni Escamilla: My only complaint is weekend 24 hour so called service. We needed to speak to someone immediately about a payment processed that was unauthorized after 5 pm on Sunday. There isnt anyone or anyway to speak to someone or stop an unauthorized payment.
