    Otis Brave: I’ve never had a good experience at this bank… I’ve never had so many issues with any other bank. I don’t want to leave bad reviews but I have to be honest. Every-time I go into this bank they never say hello, and are not polite. They are very cold & rude. Most times they take a long time to do anything. Their computers have been down multiple times I go in. And every single time I go to Walmart to use this card it declines at least once you have to jam the card into the reader and it does this with multiple cards. I even ordered a new card because it did this at every place I went to. It didn’t change anything. When I called United Bank I was respectful and had concerns if my card was being charged multiple times for all the declines and the lady on the phone was so unnecessarily rude! She said “all the charges went through” with an attitude when they clearly did not cause the card kept declining and I walked out the store & it never charged my card. The bank app said it didn’t either. She then proceeded to cut me off with my concerns and had a very rude tone. Also, on the united bank app on your phone it keeps kicking you out where you have to keep updating your password. It’s extremely annoying. They say “if you don’t log in for a month it changes the password” which is not true because I go into my bank app every day and it does this often. If you’re looking for a bank in Thomaston I would not recommend united bank. Pick another bank. It’s been a nightmare with this bank.

    CASEY: YOU will be charged if the EMPLOYEE makes a mistake and gives you more than your check amount. So make sure you’re leaving with the right amount of money because they OBVIOUSLY make these kind of mistakes and make the CUSTOMER responsible for them. The lady at the window was nice though.

    Vincent Parham: Was my bank for 29yrs bought my first home with there help, borrowed money when I needed it wit no problems, even borrowed 10,000 on a 93 S10 cause it was faster and cheaper, the loan officers there are really easy to talk to and get the loan, financial help and knowledge you need, all the staff were amazing, Drive thru to clerks at counter, just a good hometown bank that cares and will work with you.

They don’t try to help anyone in hardship and talk to you in a nasty way. If you looking for a car do not go here.

    Lewis Minter: They have an unreasonable account login requirement. Must login every 30 days or the password expires. I can pay my loan on the 25th and then on the 27th of the next month Ill be locked out. They also dont credit your payment immediately, takes up to 5 days to process. Im looking to move away form this bank. I have made repeated request to extend the login in timeframe but no change.
