5 /5 jrobe628: I have used Edward Jones’ agent Jim Smothers for ~ 15 years and would highly recommend him and his assistant Tracy . The primary factors when dealing with a financial advisor to me are: do you feel secure in your investments, can you easily access your adviser, are questions answered expeditiously, logically and clearly,are your investments secure, and finally are you achieving a reasonable rate of return? I would grade Jim and the entire Edward Jones establishment an A+.
