My #1 rule in my mind, when I was looking for an advisor, I didnt want one that thought they owned my money. If I wanted it give it to me. Fred does that, but explains the consequences. Hell even research what you want, to help you spend your money wisely. I couldnt be happier.

Dwan young: My brother in-law went to the store to cash a cashiers check an the lady told him that it was fake so he went to another store..only to find out that the lady called that store an told them not to cash it..he was racially profile because of the way he looked so we called them so she kept us on hold for 20 min but he did cash the check at the bank

Tenisia Mahone: The worst bank EVER… no professionalism at all, horrible customer service. If you piss them off they will do petty stuff like lock your Mobil banking. No one can answer your questions and you’re always talking to foreigners that can barely understand. So unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if Google would allow me.

Easy Nature: Have used this bank for a few years, but over the past year it has went downhill fast. Several instances of the bank being closed during regular business hours. I dont mean holidays or odd hours, I mean just randomly closed for no apparent reason. Theyve also closed the drive thru and replaced it with a live teller machine. I dont trust machines when making deposits, so my only option now to make a cash deposit is to park and go inside. I did try to use the live teller machine twice, and both times it was out of order. If it wasnt such a hassle to change my direct deposit, I would have already left this bank. If I could give them zero stars I would. I do not recommend, anywhere else has got to be better. Update: The last straw has been reached for us. Still no drive thru service available and now they have added a kiosk where you have to log in and enter information before you can get service from a teller. Its like they are driving customers away on purpose, absolutely ridiculous. We have opened new accounts elsewhere and will close our accounts here as soon as possible.
