Farmers Insurance - Donald Curtis - Blue Ridge DM: They dont return phone calls or emails when they know they have made a mistake (just like other reviews). They are only interested in new customers, not servicing existing members. Customer service has been horrible. Multiple messages left and emails sent asking for a return phone call. I will be moving my policy elsewhere. Just so others know, you dont have to wait until your current policy expires to cancel, you will get a prorated refund and you can change insurance companies at any time.
