1 /5 Marston Tolin: Unpleasant attitude from Mary when I called to change my address. She has my vehicle listed as a sport wagon, which it’s not. I expressed to her that it wasn’t a Sport, which I’m sure changes your rates. She never fixed it. And had me as married, which I am not. I have since switched to a different company. This lady only cared about the money.

Robert Williams: RUN FROM THIS OFFICE. The only reason that they got1 star is because you cant give a 0. They will sell you a policy that sounds great, but you will not get what you asked for. In May 2024, I reached out to Allstate about a new policy. I spoke to Ms.Galvin, who is the best. However when I explained that I wanted everything on my house covered and ask for " FLOOD INSURANCE & EXTRA MOLD COVERAGE". I was told that everything was covered, because they increased my Backup Water coverage and increased my Mold coverage to 25/50K. Because I really dont know anything about insurance, I took her word that everything was covered. Well to my surprise Hurricane Helene happened and I found out that my whole policy was wrong. My whole Crawlspace flooded with two and a half feet of water, my furnace flooded, and I have mold growing in my crawlspace. There were a mistake on the policy stating that my house was on a slab, when it was in fact on a crawlspace. I have been fighting with ALLSTATE for months because they completely denied that claim. I had to pay to have the parts on my furnace replaced as well as having the all of my vents and system cleaned and deorderized because I have lung disease and can not breathe in the mold. After Hurricane Helene, I called them once I found out that I didnt have flood insurance and then they sent me a quote. How backwards? I went into the office and Ms Galvin was still God sent. She was still wonderful, even admitting that I did ask for " FLOOD INSURANCE " but it was not done because I didn’t live in a FLOOD ZONE. She admitted that she made a mistake and apologized. But Ms. Davis called me with an attitude as if I did something wrong. I am now in the process of looking into this legally. You are NOT in good hands with this office. So I say again RUN!!!!
