1 /5 Dale Calvert: I would just like to share my experience with Southeast Mortgage and Donna Dunn. It started out great and she did everything that she committed too. We had a great closing on the property without a hitch. We received a email notice prior to even making our first payment that our loan had already been sold. Selling the loan was not the end of the world but the fact that she was NOT transparent and forthcoming prior to us finding out by an email was totally unprofessional! She told me that if I would have asked her if she was going to sell the loan she would have told me. I asked her “why the hell would I have ever asked her that question”? We really felt betrayed. We were looking forward to doing business with Southeast Mortgage and instead we were treated like just another notch in their belt! Just want everyone to know that you need to be aware that you might close a mortgage deal with them but they are NOT in it for the long haul! This review is spot on and I stand behind it. DO NOT LET LAURA CALVERT’S REVIEW FOOL YOU! LAURA FILLED OUT THE REVIEW PRIOR TO SE MORTGAGE SELLING THE LOAN!

Reaves at the Milledgeville branch and I have to say that it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. She was very professional, attentive, and personable. She not only made sure that she covered everything but that I also understood everything. She was so pleasant. More often than not when trying to handle things these days, people act like youre an annoyance instead of a customer that they pays their salary, but Chelsea was welcoming and made me feel like she was happy to help me with all of my needs. Citizens Bank is very fortunate to have her. Please let her know that she is appreciated. Give Chelsea a promotion and raise.
