5 /5 Victor Llaverias: Purchased a policy online and made a mistake so I called the Atlanta office and Patricia love answered the phone and stayed with me on the phone the whole way through and took care of everything for me. I have to say that she went above and beyond to make sure my situation was resolved. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a great customer service experience that is almost non existent these days. VERY HAPPY WITH DIRECT AUTO AND WITH MS. LOVE!!!!!!!!!
