Keep in mind the other teeth were fine.No repair or compensation was offered. I chose not to get BBB involved but I will never shop here again

Nakia Arrington: My son purchased a necklace from this store and they didn’t have exactly what he wanted the saleswoman reassured him he could exchange the pendant at the pandora corporate store. Once he went to the corporate store a Lennox mall they was not willing to make the exchange for the right product. The pendant is rose gold and the necklace and charm is silver it is hideous. The sales people at this store will tell you anything to make a sale. My son then went back to Dior Jewelers and asked for a refund any they told him no refunds were allowed. Scam artist work here for sure.
