2 /5 Nathan Rigaud: Please hire more tellers! Wait times are really bad and lines go around the inside of the building. Getting service at the DMV is a faster experience. The tellers are all very friendly and great but there needs to be more to help people get quicker service and not have to feel rushed to let others get service as well.

1 /5 Wayne Audley: Not sure why this Bank takes so long to process funds being transferred from other legitimate financial institutions?! Even outside of the weekend, it still takes up to 48 hrs+ after simple transactions have been completed by the other bank before it shows up in the designated Delta account. In these times of AI, they must learn to move faster "safely". Worn out customer patience pushes us to banks that do.

1 /5 heidi goodsen: First off, I do not bank here but have had enough experience with this bank while helping my daughter during a health crisis. My daughter has been out of work for 3 months because of hospitalization and unable to work. During this period the bank has not treated her well and has held a check that has cleared a week ago from a insurance company. My daughter currently doesn’t have a car or transportation because they are holding her insurance check hostage and collecting interest on a check that has already cleared. This check was deposited into account 8 days ago and the bank is just giving her the money in installments. This is not a bank I could bank with and will never recommend. This is predatory banking and is completely unacceptable. I thought credit unions were better than this.

Greg Nash: I normally use TurboTax, but since we had a child in grad school and couldn’t claim her as usual because of her scholarship, I decided to try JJR for our taxes. I regret ever using them. I scheduled an appointment, but when we arrived, no one was available until they saw we might leave and quickly assigned us to Diane. They charged about 10 times what TurboTax costs for both returns and never even filed them electronically. I only discovered this when my daughter didn’t receive her refund. Two months later, I called and learned they never submitted the returns, so mine ended up being almost two months late. I asked Diane in early June about some type of refund, and she said she’d speak to the owner, Johann, but I never heard back. When I followed up, I was told he was on vacation and to call again in July. I tried multiple times, even sent messages through the website, but got no response. On July 16, I went in person to speak with Johann, who said he’d check on my daughter’s late return, which caused her to get a late notice and charges. But once again, he never followed up, and my later messages also went unanswered.
