A. K. Insurance Agency, LLC - Marietta Jang Buasai: Not recommended. I would give out 0 star if that would be an option here. I called today to get a quote for commercial auto insurance. I was told to hold for 10 minutes. After whoever answer the phone was able to talk to me, she seems very slow. After 15 mins passed by, it did not go any far, so I told her that I did not have time to wasted. I still had a lot more to do for my work. She gave me the address which was not the same address as on progressives website. She was trying to ask me a bunch more questions. I didnt want to go through all those questions since she had a time time understand me. I basically asked for any document I needed to bring in with me but she did want to answer my question. I was out of patience since I had to wait for 10 mins and the last 5 mins I was talking to her, it didnt get much done of what I need besides my company name, what the truck is use for and and email address. That was it. 15 mins of my time, that all it got done. Wow. Believe it or not, she started to get up set and hang up on me. I did call her back to let her know that it was meant to hang up after you had someone wait on the phone that long and she would get what she did. Here you go!!!!!. One start is still too much with that kind of service.
