Workout Anytime Covington - Covington Nikki Marie: This is at least the third time I have had issues with payments — I pay manually on the day it is due sometimes (or even before then), knowing the default card can’t make the payment. Then I get charged a late fee despite having proof I paid on time. When I called about reversing the hold, I was told it would get reversed. Today I saw that the late fee went through. Between this happening multiple times, and the fact that I was told when I signed up that the big fee was one-time and not annual (that was a lie) I am pretty fed up with this gym. I like the night staff that I see and interact with but the morning people I’ve had to talk to on the phone have been incredibly unhelpful, and I am about to start exploring other options.
Editing to add: my late fee was credited and then just a few days later, CHARGED AGAIN. Two late fees charged within 5 days! The customer service number is always useless so I am not calling or I will end up angrier than I was to begin with.
