She said to my face you know we need people to really start printing their things and bringing them in since we have to scan them. I informed her I wasn’t aware that documents needed to be printed. She made a loud sigh like she wasn’t with it. So I got up and told her I will have them done elsewhere then. She then said no no we can still Do them. No thanks. I appreciate good customer service and this wasn’t it! Made appointment with HR Block. I will never use Jackson Hewitt especially in Eatonton, Ga
