5 /5 Corinne Bailey: I absolutely Love Cumberland diamond exchange. My husband purchased my engagement and wedding ring set from in 2020. They were extremely helpful. The experience is amazing when you walk in, you have your own personal assistant that will walk around with you and look at all the settings. And help you find the one that you dreamed of being the perfect ring. They will pull out multiple rings for you to try on and are extremely patient as you do so. I tried on several. After we found our ring and how we wanted, they sat with us while we picked out the perfect diamond for our ring. They respected my husbands budget for the diamond. I dont know the budget, he did tell the jeweler and they brough out several diamonds within that budget. Then allowed me to pick one out. They even brought out a microscope for you to look up close to see the imperfections. They were all stunning! Over all my experience was amazing and I highly recommend them if you are looking for that perfect engagement ring, wedding ring, or set?.

He helped my fiancé pick out the most gorgeous engagement ring. And throughout our engagement he has always been there for us through us picking out our wedding bands and even resizing my ring after I lost some weight for the big day. Cumberland Diamond Exchange is an incredible place. Everyone there is unbelievably kind and professional, and they make you feel like family. Birch and the rest of the staff were amazing. The environment is comfortable and relaxed. Everyone was very friendly. I was surprised and pleased with the offer I received for everything I brought. First was my engagement ring in 2022 when she was so patient with us during our first real ring shopping experience. She answered every question we had and let us try on any shape/style we wanted. After a few different appointments I had finally chosen a shape/style and my fiance worked with Angelica from there. The entire process was seamless and I’ve been back for regular cleanings! I’ve also had a few different custom designs made (pinky ring and bezel diamond necklace) and each of those projects was just as great of an experience as the engagement ring. I brought Angelica my design ideas and she helped bring them to life. I cannot recommend working with Angelica and ascot enough and have sent a few friends here as well. Can’t wait for my next piece!!
