Everyone celebrates your success with you, and then encourages you to take it a little farther next time. If you need accountability to get your New Years resolutions taken care of, this is the place to be! All of the equipment is well cared for. The facilities are nice and clean. You have everything you need to see great results!

5 /5 Melanie H.: Crossfit Unyielding is definitely the BEST gym I have ever been to. The work outs are structured in a way that challenges you to try your hardest and they are never the same. The coaches and people are really what make the gym, they are all super supportive and educated and take the time to help you on anything you need whether it be your form, your diet, or just helping you get through your work out. I would definitely recommend CFU to anyone who wants to get in shape and feel awesome about yourself!

4 /5 Anahera: I am not a crossfitter, but Ive dabbled in it from time to time. I must say, out of the handful of crossfit gyms Ive been to, this one was the most accepting and safe instruction Ive seen thus far. As a former bb competitor, I remember the birth of crossfit and the stigma it brought with it. But, this one, I feel safe sending friends to, who are interested in working out and learning. I know they wont get hurt on his watch.

I have learned a lot in just a few months time. Thank you for being a fun place with a great atmosphere!!! 07/20/2017 It has been almost 1 year here and it just keeps getting better and we are one big happy family. The best thing I have done is to walk in and join the family!!!!!!

Jessica Teter: I usually go to covington location which the staff and gym are stellar, but Im forced to come to Conyers during holidays. The staff are your typical conyers crew, they WILL ALWAYS have an attitude when you ask them something. I have rarely had an interaction w various staff through the years, here, that didnt have an attitude. The manager has an attitude, argues with you, for example, when you ask why you have half the treadmills locked down to "mop" when theres a WHOLE staff standing around at the front desk. A lot of people appreciate space and not working out on top of one another, so having the treadmill at this number down during a peak time isnt ideal planning AND we dont appreciate being forced to inhale cleaning chemicals while working out. People still play their music on their phones. Swearing... again. Typical conyers crew all round. A big reason why I left la fitness. The upgrade in many ways is nice, however, both locations lost half of their treadmills. Both locations moved treadmills back a row so you lose the nice breeze of air flow too when on the treadmills you had before. They dont have all the necessary hand equipment for the cable machines, for example the rope. The upgrade is nice at both locations, but covington staff are always nice, especially if you have legitimate questions.

Dungeon Boxing Gym - Covington

Sittar Rogers: Now I know why people dont stay at this gym for over two months. The owner of this gym Carey Foster is a vile and disgusting individual. If I could I would give him a negative star rating. Never before have I witnessed an owner of a boxing gym body shame the members of his gym. I witnessed him calling a woman a fat multiple times. This gym is also extremely unsanitary.The equipment is never cleaned so theres sweat, blood and germs everywhere. This is not a kid friendly environment nor is it a positive environment for anybody looking to maintain an active or fit lifestyle. Also once you join dont expect any kind of personal training even if youve paid for it. Lastly he has discriminating pricing based on whether or not he thinks youre going to be actually fighting. If you dont fight youll be paying a lot more. I hope my review helps you make an informed decision before joining this gym.

Moxie Yoga Barre Pilates - Covington

Mary Cowan: Just went to the POP Pilates class and it was amazing! This was my first time doing Pilates and I loved it. It was a good workout but not too hard for a beginner. The atmosphere also is very lovely and relaxing!

Savage Society CrossFit - Covington

Micah Thompson: The owners and coaches are doing wonderful work at Savage Society Gym. The improvements made in the last week from the previous owner have drastically made the gym better. I leave every day knowing (and feeling) that I got a great workout in, while also getting stronger. If youre wanting to just lose weight, get stronger, or both, this is the place to be!

The coaches are very knowledgeable with helping me achieve my goals. I love being a member at Triad Training!

Lisa Hill: Debbie and Tonya are such great instructors! I’ve mostly had classes with Debbie, and her verbal cues and patience are just what I needed (and still need!) to learn Pilates. The studio is very nice, comfortable and clean.

Oconee Gymnastics Center & Ninja World - Watkinsville

Rebecca Kraus: My daughter came to this gym after a horrible experience at her previous gym. We were in a bad spot, and they welcomed my daughter with open arms and gave her a home. She just retired from gymnastics to move on to cheerleading, but we will always be grateful to OGC and Coach Kat. All of the coaches were uplifting and positive regardless of skill level. All of the girls were supported and cared for, and we will miss this gym tremendously.

Lotus Yoga & Pilates - Watkinsville

Lorena Cobb: This is my go-to yoga studio. There are so many different variety of classes and there are plenty of time slots so you can fit a work out into your day. The people here are lovely and the classes are challenging but fun, and as always, you can go at your own pace or find variations of poses that work for you! The space is very welcoming and I love that it is located within wire park, thus having plenty of activities around for after or before class!
