Oh yeah, and the best nutrition drinks around for sure. Wish I would’ve done this sooner!!

    Amanda Mathis: It was inviting and beautiful! Easy to find. The instructor was great! The only negative is that it was my first time there, and I wasnt 100% on how to check in. But the girl up front was very nice and helpful and when she realized she helped me and gave me a tour!

    Omar Rodriguez: I started doing CrossFit about a year and a half ago at three notch with Derek Murdock, one of the best trainers, and guy that I know that Gym closed down at the end of 2024 for reasons unknown, but it was one of the best experiences that I’ve had now I’m in my new Gym ad Vessel Fitness with Garrett Morris and Devin Lancaster great group of trainers. I love the atmosphere here and the way the trainers push you to be better Vessel is one of the best gym’s out there. It takes out all the thinking of what are you gonna do and how are you going to do it. You come in, and do the work and it just worked out for me it lets you focus on your workout without putting so much thinking to it better than any regular Gym out there. Also, the people that you meet. Here are some of the best.

    Lores Miller: Just signed up thru Silver and Fit program and I truly love this place better than the ymca and cheaper. I wish I knew about this last year! I did my first water aerobics today but have been using the excellent equipment the past 2 weeks. Wonderful all around!
