1 /5 Samantha Lee: Very unprofessional. They had our information for two months and waited until the last day to tell us they needed information that they already had. They said that they emailed us, but we never received an email. They stated that they called us, but did not leave a message. When we would call, we were told that someone was working on it, but they were out of the office. They never actually followed up to make sure we had received their email. When we went in to sign our tax documents, the gentleman we were talking to would not look at me when he responded to my questions. He looked at my husband and answered my questions as though my husband was the only person who mattered. We had to take all of our paperwork and find someone who could file an extension on April 15th.
