1 /5 Courtney: I would give zero stars if I could however I have an insurance policy here and they’re telling me what I can and can’t do with my own policy. They’re telling me that I cannot add my brother to my insurance policy and his vehicle but yet he’s in my home, but I’ve never had this problem with any other insurance company and I pay for my policy out of my own pocket, but they’re telling me what I can and can’t do. They said they just don’t do this in their office so to hear them speak such an awful bullshit of a company and Terry got smart with me on the phone she Take her attitude elsewhere she wasn’t very helpful because I can get an attitude right back, you don’t come at me with an attitude, very unprofessional to say the least !! This office is not helpful at all the worst insurance in Rome, Georgia.! And I most definitely will be taking my business elsewhere. Anytime I’ve ever been here has been total BS Never again will I give this office my business!
