3 /5 Billy Stone: I love this bank but I hate that after hours you can’t get any help if something goes wrong. If your card messes up Friday you’ll have to wait all weekend to get it fixed. That’s insane to me. They need to open Saturday and have a limited after hours customer service. Been a member since 2014 but I’ll be changing banks first thing when I get off today.
