1 /5 Cheyenne Rose Photography: I have not been able to speak with the same person each time I have called and each person I talk to has no idea what I need. They were supposed to be getting in touch with the IRS for me about a previous tax return and last time we talked they had no idea what I was talking about, when we signed a document allowing them to do this and bill us for it. We went there in the first o place because of a family friend and was told because our tax information was so simple that we could possibly work out a price for services, of course we were not. I am very irritated with this whole experience and I will not return in the years to come.
