2 /5 John: I causiously obtained a loan from these people and paid every month. Was informed that I had $ 100 equity built up. I needed 100 one day and was in a hurry. For some reason the girl was training another person and was told she was going through the whole process of paperwork in order to train her. I was told instead of having to pay I could borrow the $100. In fact I was quite pleased with the standing of the account. But then I started getting calls saying I owed money I disputed it and thought it was straightened out but the next week I get another call I protest again and get the run around .I still have no idea what happened but I feel like I was conned into signing a new contract somehow and it was supposed to be the same as before. Unless I can be shown different its my opion that these people took advantage of my being in a hurry in order to trick me

Unlike other places, I was not made to feel "less than a person" because I needed some help. Beverly is a very nice, compassionate, personable and professional person who knows and does her job well. She did not make me feel any less of a person, which in todays world, is very uncommon. I highly recommend this branch and Beverly for any assistance you may need. Another plus for me is being able to pay off the loan early without any fees or penalties to do so.
