I called to attempt to make an appointment, the gentleman I spoke to was rude and said it was walk in basics only. Which I was like ok, well about how long does the process take? Once again "Mr. Personality" stated very abrupt and short: "Just depends on how many people is here!" And he was also the one that did my prints, no "hi" "hello" "have a good day" nothing! Sir, Garrett Noblitt, you may wanna brush on your "people skills" especially since you work with the public daily.
On a brighter note, it only take about 10mins. I had went to the Superintendents office in down town Ringgold, and you make an appointment, plus the ladies were very warm and explained ever step.
