Tessia has always been a welcoming face every time I go, and she knows everything! Her team continues to flourish and is so wonderful to work with. By far, my favorite bank in town!

5 /5 Rayne Hope: I don’t like to go in, I usually bank/ deal with everything online, but I was having an issue I needed to deal with so I decided to go in instead of calling to avoid hold time and being transferred. I spoke with a young lady named Shereka. She was very welcoming, attentive, patient, and informative. She answered all of my questions, helped me work through my concerns. As much as I hate going in I’m glad she was the rep to take care of me.

Shereka at the front counter was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She greeted me with a smile and even had small talk with me to make it feel more personable.
