Not only did Zach, the insurance adjuster leave the door unlocked with the KEY IN THE DOOR, he denied the claim and cancelled the policy. Craig-Massee stated, "When the claim was filed, the claims adjuster went out to check the damage, he noted that everything was packed up in boxes, and that someone had not been living in the home for awhile, even if it is for sale." My 80 year old mother got COVID in February and needed assistance so she was at my brothers house.
