Great communication too. My husband and I have closed several personal home purchases and homes purchased or sold for clients using their services for more than 15 years. Coats and Cordle is always my top choice and Ive closed many homes over the years with various real estate attorneys. Beautiful office in the downtown Douglasville area too.
