1 /5 Austin Hann: I bought a few items on 5/22/21 for a wedding I had to attend. I ended up not wearing the items (just wore something I already had) and went back to the same location to return the items. 7/19/21 I was told it was a 1 day return policy (even though the website states a 60 day policy) and to call corporate to see what they’d say. Kenya at corporate was super nice and said this should’ve never happened, the policy IS 60 days. He stated he would call the store, let them know I was returning next day, and that my returns were acceptable. Come back 7/20/21 only to be told they have no record of this call, an email should’ve been sent by Kenya instead, and I still couldn’t return the items. This lady told me it was a 30 day return policy and the website was wrong…the website published by corporate…who I was told to call. Needless to say, I will not be trying a 3rd time and just bite the cost of the items. Also I will not step foot in this store ever again. This experience is absolutely ridiculous and returning unopened items within published return policy shouldn’t be this difficult.
