They were both so patient in helping each of them make the best choice for their ladies, taking time to guide them through in store options and also by virtually displaying options there as well. My husband and I even bought ourselves new sets for our 25th anniversary in October!! Our purchases were made in the store because their selection is huge and they had just what we wanted without having to wait!!! (They even sent us huge savings in a Christmas card❤️) That personal touch means so much.

Grayson Jewelers - Grayson Anais: I was a loyal customer but the owner has made me change my mind. i bought a 14k chain and bracelet set from them a few months ago and that service wasn’t that great, but i went back to get it appraised for today’s price, they would not tell me a price and claimed it was 10k, then they would not test my earrings to see if it was real gold, which im sure they are because i bought them from a jeweler and they cost me a pretty penny. overall i did not feel like the owner wanted to help. the young ladies there were sweet, but the owner completely looked over my needs and i felt rushed out the store. will not be back.
