5 /5 Lesli Reed: Leighanne worked with me for a car loan- she stayed in great communication with me throughout the process, and went the extra mile to make it happen quickly for us. She’s great! Janet and Erin both inconvenienced themselves to help us close the loan at a time that worked for us, and the other ladies were so helpful and friendly. We are big fans of this bank!

1 /5 Josh Morales: Andrew does not call back or answer emails or text. Completed ghosted me after saying my loan was approved. It has been 3 months and I have not seen any money. Already paid the loan fees. Terrible service

5 /5 C Lester: Wonderful staff. Always courteous & helpful. I have never had 1 bad experience. I had someone paying traffic tickets in Dubai with my debit card. The fraud dept caught before I did & I had a new card within 24 hrs. Awesome customer service!!

3 /5 Jeremy: Been sitting outside the teller windows for 20 mins now. Pressed the call button even knocked on the glass. Not a single person. Staff hours say 815-12 on Saturday. Unprofessional to keep someone waiting this long. 11/23/24 836am
