Everybody on the staff is incredible to be around and absolutely knows what theyre talking about. The coaches genuinely care about your health and performance and arent ever slacking off. Everyones incredible welcoming and brings you into their community with open arms. They made it feel like my home gym, and Id recommend them to anyone!

5 /5 David Gonzalez: I had the pleasure of spending a couple months working out with CSCF group. During my time hear I was able to improve on my strength and overall endurance. Scott Johnson definitely played a role in helping me improve on my lifts by explaining proper technique. The gym itself is kept very clean and has an open layout - so be prepared to sweat and you can buy water on site. Important, if you arent from the area, the gym is behind the Body Plex / Tractor Supply and there is ample parking.

You dont have to be an advanced expert to enjoy these classes; teachers encourage you to do your personal best, and they are in it with you from start to finish. The "hot" classes take some getting used to, but the detoxifying effects are well worth it.

Kayla Jacobsen: Dynamic Academy has a top notch personal training program for adults! No gimmicks, no fad diets. Steven (who holds several certifications) is always so upbeat, motivating, personable, knowledgeable and encouraging. The community he has built is incredible, and it is such a joy working with him. Many of his clients (including me!) enjoy the training program so much , they also take part in Dance class &/or Parkour. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try one of the many programs Dynamic Academy offers, you won’t be disappointed!

Ryan Smoot: My son and I really enjoy working out at Owens Gym of Commerce! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and open 24/7, which makes it super convenient no matter our schedule. It’s super close to all the east Jackson schools. The owner friendly and welcoming, and he makes prepped meals that guy can purchase at an affordable price and they’re delicious. My wife and son and I are hooked. Also, the trainer Brian has been awesome- knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive. They’ve created a great environment for both beginners and serious lifters. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid local gym!

Patrick Senior: Equipment is trash. Guy behind the counter isn’t welcoming, eager to show you around, nor eager to sign you up apparently. This place likely may go out of business soon as a result. So go next door to Planet Fitness. Better equipment, atmosphere, and pricing. Continued: After reading the owners response, after his childish name calling, I feel compelled to expand on my unacceptable experience at this gym. And let this one star review forever stain this establishment in the same way the owner and the employee I dealt with are also stains on their establishment. I myself am a small business owner. I not only live near Commerce but work and shop in and around the Commerce area but your establishment didn’t go so far as to say “Hello” when I walked in so I’m not sure where you got that I don’t live in the area. It certainly wasn’t through any conversation we had. Because I’m a small business owner I understand the importance of doing business with small business over big box businesses. That’s exactly why I was at your facility….to join. Despite the broke down equipment up against the walls and the pads on every piece of equipment needing replaced, I certainly still would have joined if the guy behind the counter did even just slightly more than grunt when I walked in and explained why I was there. For example: A basic greeting is required to earn new business. Usually upon knowing a potential customer has expressed interest in joining, a standard tour of the facilities is offered including the equipment area, the lockers, changing areas, and bathrooms. However, since it appeared that “grunt” wasn’t going to offer a basic tour of the facilities, I asked if I could look around. He said yes. I looked around until he asked me to leave the gym for daring to go down a hall I assumed to be the locker room….because again, no basic tour was offered.
