Craig-Massee stated, "When the claim was filed, the claims adjuster went out to check the damage, he noted that everything was packed up in boxes, and that someone had not been living in the home for awhile, even if it is for sale." My 80 year old mother got COVID in February and needed assistance so she was at my brothers house. In the meantime Mom decided to list the property, so my wife and I were packing things up and preparing to list the property. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
