5 /5 Kyla Griggs: I cannot express enough gratitude to Nick Strickland for the patience he showed, while guiding me through my auto insurance process. I was nervous and wanted to explore my options because insurance rates are through the roof these days and I was ready to leave the provider that I had. He listened to me and found the best option FOR ME. It is rare to happen upon people who work in the customer service field that actually VALUE their customers, but Nick is a true gem and an expert at what he does. I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

5 /5 Carlos Freire: Steven has been the best of the best not only through our whole closing process in finding us the best rates for home insurance but he even helped us get our insurance inspection waived after our closing, which saved us money thankfully. I highly recommend him, he is very knowledgeable and fills you in throughout the whole process so that you are aware of what’s going on. Everything he says is shown in your paperwork and if you have any questions he has the answers! Thank you Steven for making this such a pleasant experience!

5 /5 Smith Greg (SMITTY): I called Steve Williams today from Canon Insurance Advisors. I needed copies of all 5 of my vehicles insurance proof. Oddly I wasnt able to log in and do it myself. He had his office manager, Sierra Kedzierski assist me. She was quick and very helpful. She sent the proofs over via email within a few minutes AND set me up with new logins for my 2 carriers Progressive and Bristol West. I was dealing with multiple work related issues while this was transpiring. It is rare and refreshing to get prompt professional service BUT... I did get that from this team. Thanks yall! He went above and beyond to help us get a good rate AND during the weekend when others don’t normally work. When we had issues(per dealership) with the first car he helped us with and we needed to get a new one. Steven was very quick to respond on a Saturday evening and transfer our policy to the new car.
