5 /5 Gracie Scroggs: Love this place! Childwatch is a game changer for moms but even outside of that the workouts are super effective! I worked out independently for years and have never been in better shape than I am right now since starting BBC just 7 months ago. All the trainers are awesome. The workouts are HARD but just keep going and your body will get used to it and the results will come in! Mostly weight training, cardio, and dynamic moves to hit lots of muscle groups.
Definetly on the more expensive side for a gym but when I consider the childwatch, effectiveness (w/consistency), the nutritional guidance, and the 1-1 focus meetings it’s worth the $ if you’re serious about getting into shape and don’t know how to get results or be motivated.
