5 /5 Wanda Findley: Mr.Russell has been our attorney for years. Most of the task were “letter writing” (not at all to minimize the need for a firm and direct communication.) He also handled a major issue that has haunted our lives for years. He very clearly explained to my husband and I our chances of “winning” was very low. He understood my need to be heard and to have my day in court. I did. It was spot on as he explained. My some accounts I didn’t prevail. I won and I won big time. He’s not afraid to go to trial and represent you. I faced my childhood predator. Many friends and neighbors drove near Atlanta to support me. The perpetrator was forced to sit in court with his wife. No friends…no church members. So winning looks different to people. The feeling of being believed by the court was cathartic. Mr.Russell had well prepared me for how the law read and the outcome. 5 /5 Edsel Fickey: We used Mr. Russell to close our lot then later to handle an easement where we brought in a new driveway. He and his staff were very helpful and attentive to detail. I would recommend him to anyone who asks.
