I didn’t know what I was doing at first, but the coaches and people here made it easy to stick with it. They’re super patient, always encouraging, and they actually care. Since starting, I’ve gotten stronger, dropped weight, and feel more confident than I have in a long time. What really makes BGB special is the community. Everyone cheers each other on and it just feels like you’re part of something. If you’re thinking about starting, just do it. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made.

5 /5 Nader Naim: Absolutely a wonderful gym hands down. Dana, Nathan, Kirsten are top level coaches. If you stick with them, you will see results. All these coaches provide a positive and constructive experience in class. Nearly a year after joining BGB my perspective on how I approach regular work outs has changes for the better. I also learned a lot and left behind old mindsets thanks to the incredible coaching from the 3 owners/coaches and other coaches they hire.

5 /5 Vince Norman: Nathan Kirsten and Dana are the best. They really do a great assessment and work with you at your pace. No pressure at all. They will get you where you want to be one day at a time. Just show up and they got the rest.

5 /5 Ethan Hedden: Ive been going to BGB for an incredibly long time. I started as a teenager and it helped me improve at all of my sports. Now that Im an adult, it helps make sure I stay on top of my health. All of the owners are like family and I couldnt imagine being at another gym!
