  • Phoenix Jewelers - Clayton
    Phoenix Jewelers
Alex Brown: I had multiple rings resized and a bracket fixed and they did such an amazing job. Done quickly and with high quality work. They also have an amazing selection of unique vintage finds and handmade jewelry. A place to shop on any budget. Thank you Phoenix jewelers and especially Matt for offering quality work in Rabun County!!
    Madisons On Main - Clayton
Aubrey West: I stopped in today and I absolutely LOVE this store! Their addition is fantastic! I live In Nashville but come to Clayton to see my grandmother once or twice a year and this is always a must stop. They have such quality clothes and jewelry & a ton of sizes offered. Amy and the ladies were so helpful! Thank you all so much. Trust me if you’re visiting Clayton… you must visit Madison’s!
    Turpins Jewelry - Dillard
LaMara Davidson: Over the past few years, I’ve collected some truly beautiful, high-quality pieces from Turpin’s—including a timeless pearl necklace and an exquisitely designed moonstone ring. This past weekend, while my fiancé and I were working in the mountains, he proposed—and the ring from Turpin’s was absolutely perfect. Phil truly helped us find the one to seal the deal. Turpin’s is a true gem in Dillard, GA.

Susan X: Not that I’m trying to be rude or wreck a small business, that is not my purpose. Just warning others that these 1 star reviews are telling the truth about their experience with how they were treated /ignored at this establishment. At first I thought it was just me personally, but after reading everyone else’s experiences, there is a trend of profiling going on here. My experience: When I walked into this store, no one even said hi to me. I was in awe of all their beautiful furniture and decor so I didn’t really notice it right away, but as I continued through the store and all the way up to the front register where the ladies were talking behind the counter, they didn’t even offer up a smile or a hello. I know they purposely ignored me because I was up there looking through stuff for a couple of minutes and hung around ON PURPOSE. It was not a busy day. It was a middle of the week day with only a handful of customers. NO ONE, none of the store clerks even acknowledged my presence there THE ENTIRE TIME. When they were at the old location, the ladies were a lot nicer and super helpful. I don’t know what changed, but I don’t feel comfortable going back because they didn’t think I was the right type of customer. And honestly, after how I was treated, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.
    BooBoos Blingy Boutique - Clayton
    Cash For Gold - Cuthbert
    SparkleGems - Augusta
    Michaels Emporium - Augusta
John Thomas: Michaels Emporium has some great old antique pieces as well as super estate jewelry and coins. You also find some really funky stuff upstairs in their new area - very neat clothing and retro items! The staff are great!
    Michael Kors - Augusta
Bethany Wells: Terrible experience. So rude, it’s like the employees enjoy feeling better than their customers. Also if you want to make a return or exchange, good luck. Online customer service doesn’t work because MK online considers themselves separate from the box store. I can’t believe people pay that much money to be treated so rudely. Shame on you MK.
    JCPenney - Augusta
dalceada williams: The lady at the online and return counter delivered great customer. I was there yesterday around 4:10pm picking up my order. Also, I had an appointment at 4:45pm with Xavier at the salon only to find out that she doesnt do flat twist. When you book an appointment online, you pick your service and the hair stylist. JCPenney needs to update their website when booking a salon service. Match the stylist with the hair styles that person can do. I definitely will not make another appointment.
