Truist - Dalton Phillip Turner: I’ve never had a problem with the staff, except for the lack of them. Every time I go there’s a line of people waiting in the lobby, several tellers, but only one of them helping customers. The rest are generally talking amongst themselves. I opened a checking account with Truist about a year ago, and closed it within about 6 months, due to silly fees that they never told me about when I signed up for free checking!
I unfortunately must continue to use Truist for other reasons out of my control.
Someone needs to look into management here at the Waugh street branch, due to the lack of staffing or the lack of staff that actually wants to work. The loan officer lady was a huge help though. She seen my anger growing and personally assisted me with my banking needs. Perhaps the loan officer should be the branch manager. If I were the boss, that would be her new job.
