1 /5 Britney Smith: I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this branch. The receptionist—Shanell, I believe is her name—was unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She was engaged in gossip with a customer at the front desk, which didn’t create a welcoming environment. I came in to order a new bank card after being unable to update my shipping address through the app. When I explained the issue, her tone was dismissive and unhelpful. She repeatedly suggested steps I had already taken, which I had clearly explained. Her attitude made an already frustrating situation worse.
