    Tywana Carson: I would like to share my experience at this location. I am all time pandora fan most of all my jewelry come from here. This specific location is horrible the customer service was a 0/10 the SA name Christe was not helpful at all usually when I am building a bracelet they help me out with recommendations she was very nonchalant and not pleasant at all like did not want to help any way She gave very much prejudice towards my race. I will never shop this location again!

My fiancee had discovered this place while trying to get information about an engagement ring last year. Brett talked him through options, was very honest, and super helpful. So of course as we were searching for a place to purchase a wedding band, Decatur City Jewelers was our first choice. Brett gave us an honest perspective on what would be the best choice for my engagement ring. We were looking at a couple bands, and then he said he had a cool one in the back and came out with the perfect ring. He gave us a great price and it was literally such a simple process. He also cleaned my engagement ring and told us more about the history of the ring. It was so cool. And then my fiancee needed his grandfathers wedding band sized to his finger. Brett let us watch the whole process which was super interesting! He was honest about this process and what could happen, and it did end up breaking. However, Brett got in there and fixed it right up. You cant even tell! It looks perfect and even fits his hard-to-size finger. I am so happy we came here instead of some chain jewelry store. I didnt feel like I was being tricked or scammed here. It was a friendly environment. It is obvious that Brett knows what hes doing and he was kind and informative throughout the process.
