    Andrew Radcliffe: Jim McGee has been the worst experience with a lawyer I’ve ever had. He met with my wife and I one time to discuss adopting my step child. He told us it would only take three to four months to complete the entire process. After four months of not hearing anything from him and him not answering our calls or returning our messages we finally spoke with him on the phone where he informed us that he hadn’t even begun to fill out the paperwork yet, but said he would have it done quickly. Again we waited one month and began calling to ask about the progress being made. Again no answer even after leaving multiple voicemails and messages with him and the secretary. Finally after another two months of trying to contact him once or twice a week we were informed that he had only completed half the paperwork and told me to call back after the weekend and if he hadn’t had a chance to complete it by then that I should find a new lawyer. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else unless you want to be waiting in limbo with no communication whatsoever regarding your case.

    Nina Lloyd: Mr. Spearman might be a very good attorney, I don’t know, but his receptionist (or maybe his paralegal) is the most unprofessional person! He doesn’t not need her answering his phone and representing him. He might not care that she is rude and treats people with disrespect. People who are entitled to behave that way, usually do so because they don’t have the vocabulary or self control to know how to deal with people on a professional level.
