I have been an active member of Rowe Fitness for 5 years and I’ve never looked back. Training here makes me feel like I have a community of support and a trainer who cares about my well being every single day! I love this gym and I would recommend this facility to everyone I know.

    Melissa Hamilton: I was really disappointed with my recent visit. While I was using the sauna, a staff member came in and sprayed Fabuloso cleaner all over the benches and walls without wiping it down. I appreciate that the staff member warned me before spraying Fabuloso cleaner in the sauna, but I still feel this could be handled better for member safety. Spraying strong cleaners in an enclosed, heated space (even with a warning) makes it uncomfortable and unsafe to stay in. Cleaning should absolutely be done, but it would be much safer and more respectful to wait until the sauna is empty before spraying chemical cleaners in an enclosed, high-heat space. I recommend scheduling sauna cleaning when it’s empty, using sauna-safe cleaning products, and wiping down surfaces to truly sanitize. Members deserve a safe, clean experience without breathing in chemicals. Please make sure staff are trained to clean at appropriate times so members can use the sauna without breathing in harsh fumes.

The owner Tracy is a delight to be around and to talk to. She is very relatable and makes the experience that much better!

    Roy Calma: Orange Theory McDonough is great fitness studio! The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and always make sure to push you to reach your full potential if you let them. (Always love coach Taylor and Courtney fire playlist btw) The classes are challenging but. enjoyable, and the energy in the room keeps you going. The facility is clean, well-organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Always love the variety in the workouts. As someone with ADHD, I appreciate that the structured workouts keep me focused without getting distracted and since starting my fitness journey with OTF, I’ve made incredible progress and even come off my blood pressure medication.

The coaches are encouraging, committed, motivating and challenging. Coach Mike and Kerra have build a family within the gym that sets them apart from other gyms in the area. It has been 4 years since I joined and not only have I lost weight, built muscle, increased my cardio fitness endurance, tried Spin class and now love it, I have gained a FAMILY! The class times vary so you can easily incorporate a do-able fitness schedule into your routine. Among the classes offered are: Bootcamp, Spin/Cycle, Step class, Cardio Boxing, Stretch/Yoga!!!! Totalfit Lifestyle has become MY Lifestyle and I am Happier and Healthier because of it!!!

Professor Chad is an outstanding instructor and a great guy. I definitely plan on dropping in to Independent whenever I’m back in town and will miss the training I received and friends I made here.
