GAY Stancel: Went to withdraw money from my vacation account and was told there is a 5.00 fee. Only allowed to withdraw from vacation account quarterly. So I can only take a vacation quarterly????I was never notified of this. This is not the same credit union it used to be. The person who helped us was nice. You have to sign in and wait for someone to help you and that can take be 5-30 minutes..
