He, his employees, Lee and T2 Florida Girl, helped me to understand my Policy information better than other Agents I have dealt with! Mr. Blantons and his employees are very knowledgeable, know how to communicate, and answer questions sensibly to make a customer feel like their business is both important and well appreciated ! Lee, Mr. Blantons employee, listened to my concerns well. He called me back as promised with answers. I have not found this type of service anywhere else before choosing Andy Blanton as my, State Farm Agent. He and his wonderful office employees are taking customer service to a whole new level to let everyone who chooses him know that they have chosen the "Best State Farm Agent," in town!
