She was able to help me out by fully listening to and understanding my situation which led to me being approved for a loan that another nearby bank was not able to approve. Additionally, since she closes her own loans in office, we closed within 15 days of starting the process. She had the best demeanor and was always happy when contacting me and she also kept me updated at least every other day, without me needing to call. It was an A+ experience and I will be going to her for all of my banking needs. Thank you again Valerie!

I went in for the free checking she took care of that and applied for the credit card also and received that. Ms young was very thorough and explained everything in detail and told me about many other benefits of the bank in which I will take advantage of in the very near future by opening a Roth IRA so anyone in the Douglasville ga and surrounding area go by America bank on Fairburn rd and see Ms.stacia young she has excellent customer service.

Lamar Yulee: I want to start off with I have alway attempted to celebrate people of color in business but this has really been a poor experience. Mrs Wanda appears over loaded and over priced. She did my tax return and when I was selected for an audit on my return she wanted me to come up with additional write offs for that year when I asked where did the write offs that she listed come from apparently they were just made up. I did not tell her to create a tax return just do the one I gave her. I now have to pay almost 3000.00 back and her fees were around a 1000.00. I would have rather just pay them up front.
