OneMain Financial - Evans Tabitha: The Evans, Georgia branch has the worst customer service. The “office manager” is the worst. It’s the lack of professionalism that does it for me. I was told by her that no one is above her and I can only deal with her…and then she hangs up on me. They tack on fees to your loan without your knowledge and then get an attitude when you discover the fees and want them removed. Paying triple the amount of the loan back to one main should be enough…but clearly it’s not. I would not recommend this company, especially the Evans, Georgia branch to anyone. Someone needs to school the “office manager” on professional etiquette.

He and his teams support provided a clear outline of any tasks we needed to complete allowing us to follow simple step by step instructions through out the process.
