    Zumesha Thompson: Never bank here. Someone made a fake account online and deposit fake checks in the acct. the same checking acct that I opened in the branch. My check was supposed to go direct deposit they put my money over 2000 in the fake acct but told me my acct was closed. I have been working for the same company over a year and had my checks going into that acct now all the sudden it was put in the fake acct that has a totally different acct number. Stay away do not bank with Truist

She is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Her compassionate nature is noticeable and appreciated. As always, a job well done. Patti was very helpful too and friendly, as are all the staff I have met or had any interactions with. Anyway you look at it, I would highly recommend this credit union and expect to remain a happy member for years to come.

    Thames: This bank is terrible, they ignore phone calls and do not return calls when you leave a message. I called 8 times just to have someone pickup and hang up on me at 3:45 pm.I will be leaving this bank ASAP! There are other banks that are better than this one!

    Kaleb Rowell: I have been using Mrs. Julia for about two years now and she goes above and beyond anything I have expected of her. With my taxes she always spends the extra time to make sure that I have filed in the best legal way to suit my needs and is wonderful in that she looks into my bookkeeping records and makes any necessary adjustments from me categorizing things in the wrong place. She also is great at giving advise when she finds these things I did wrong. Very prompt and professional at handling payroll for me throughout the rest of the year. I was very excited to find her also because she is tech savvy and familiar with the accounting software that I use (quickbooks). I cant say enough good things about her.
