    Emily Landrum: I had a policy with this company for at least 3 years, never missed a payment. Added a new car and asked how much my monthly bill would be, ai was told that they didnt have access to that number at the time they registered my car and would call me back with the amount. I never received a phone call and was charged $1018 when my previous payment was $272. No one in their right mind would have agreed to that! So instead of making your loyal customer aware, you purposely withheld that information to make commission.... And I would like to know why your sister company Direct Auto gave me a quote of $320/month for the same car and my current policy with USAA is charging me $320 for TWO vehicles?? Pretty suspicious dont you think? Thanks Allstate for swindling over $1000 from me and to my wonderful "agent" for not giving me the courtesy of calling me back with the astronomical amount that I NEVER would have agreed to. I do not trust the woman who set up my policy, who wouldnt even give me her name, and I would suggest that any current policy holders use caution. You had the number for my monthly policy and decided to not give it to me because you knew I would cancel. What a joke!
