2 /5 Toby Chapman: Allstate I thomasville is twice as good as in Tallahassee. The Tallahassee agent took 1934.61 which I cancelled the next day. 4 days later they took the money out of my account thus I had no insurance and they had my money. Thomasville agents are gentleman and that is why I gave the the high rating. Personally, I will not ever do business with Allstate.

Deja: Worst company Ive ever been with. I wanted to cancel my insurance and go to a better company so I called to see when was the lasted I could drop without being charged. The lady I spoke with told be by the 31st because my bill was not due until the 5th. So I dropped my insurance and they still billed me! I called to see why and basically the first lady gave me the wrong information and so I was still being charged and there was nothing they could do. So I was still billed because I was given the wrong info. I would not recommend this company!
