5 /5 Letecia H: I was a little sad to find out Mr. Harden was no longer my insurance agent, but Mrs. Brooks is phenomenal as well. She is very sweet and tries her best to help you as much as she can. I definitely recommend her to anyone who’s looking for an insurance agent.

5 /5 Tony Thomaston: No need for a good neighbor…. When you have an amazing agent!!! Our home flooded due to a water leak. With in 2 days we had the claims adjuster at our home , claim filed , and repairs started. Payment was in my hand within the week. I cannot truly express my gratitude and appreciation for not only Alfa , but for Crystal walking with us and helping ensure we were taking care of. That’s customer service!!!!

1 /5 Ginia W: My husband and I attempted to get insurance here. They were slow to follow up. The lady in underwriting did not specifically ask the questions and said I gave her an answer that I did not. The lady at the office said she would check on a few things and get back with us and she never did. My husband only heard back once. I am not sure how their rating is so high. Maybe they only follow up with certain people.
